Customer “requested replacement” was not actually selected by them…
Post Body

So on my fifth batch today I was at Publix and the customer wanted glazed pecans that were out of stock. The app told me they had requested glazed walnuts as a replacement…I’m delivering and she said I did great except that replacement, her and her husband are allergic to walnuts!!! I’ve been doing this a while and I ALWAYS make sure I speak to my customer about a replacement unless they specifically request something. I was so taken aback. Luckily she was nice and someone at the house could use them…but come on! That could mess someone up if they just trusted I got the right thing and went to munching. They were already turnt, having a pool party for the holiday.

But then fast forward to my last batch, like an hour ago, and I had the same thing happen like three times! This was also at Publix. My customer and I were both so confused. I wish I had screenshot, I was just in go-mode and trying to get it done. She had wanted deep fried corn fritters and they were already out, it was close to closing time for the deli to close. It told me she had requested the watermelon chunks as a replacement! I contacted support about all this when the day was over and they gave me all the typical non-responses “thanks for your hard work, I’ve noted this, etc..”

Has anyone else run into this??
