I’ve worked in delivery before so I know a tenet of the job is actually taking the item to the recipient. Yesterday my order included a 57 pound bag of dog food. After checking out the girl told me that it’s too heavy to bring to my door and asked if I could do it instead. I’ll admit that carrying 57 pounds up a driveway is rough so I had no problem with it. When she got there, though, she stayed in her car and had me go open up her back door and grab the dog food. At this point I was still fine because I figured she would go behind me and get the other items. Nope. She sat in her car the whole time and watched me go back and forth grabbing the rest of my stuff and bringing it to my door and then just drove off. Everything else I had included normal groceries like pasta, syrup, tomatoes, etc... I guess that stuff was too heavy, too.
