So the last 3 IC orders I placed many items were not delivered. What happens to the shopper/driver?
I gig work for DD. I know if items are missing it falls on the restaurant. If I fail to deliver it's a contract violation on me.
I get refunded for the missing products, but it's kinda BS I still pay for delivery and tip. At minimum, adjust the tip for the percentage of goods received and a full delivery charge refunded. I either have to reorder or go shopping, which is the whole point of using IC is that I don't have to. If I don't get refunded, I'm paying twice for the service if I elect to use IC for the forgotten items.
