I’ve been using instacart for well over a year and never had any issues until today. My last name and house number are in big block letters on my mailbox right by my driveway so I was pretty confused when I got the alert for delivered but my stuff wasn’t there. The shopper managed to drop off my order at the wrong house. She didn’t even ring my neighbor’s doorbell or anything. Just dropped and ran off. I’ve delivered stuff before and always verified the address to the package. How common is this type of thing and is that shopper in hot water?
