I woke up to a 3 star raiting, called Instacart and they told me the order with the low raiting. It happens that they ordered alcohol, I go to deliver and there is delivery note and a note on the door to please leave the order by the door and do not knock or ring the bell due to baby sleeping. I wait and send 2-3 messages and tried calling the customer 2-3 times with no response. Since I needed the ID I felt obligated to knock. After a few times knocking the customer comes out and says that she forgot she ordered wine. She shows me her ID and I deliver the order. Well today I wake up to a 3 star for not following instructions from that order. What to do to avoid this? Cancel the order and not deliver?????
