Yesterday I did a batch, I found 99% of the items requested and the items I couldn’t find I chatted with the client and asked for replacements and she gave me the replacements she wanted which I got for her. I go deliver and is a elderly couple. Really sweet and they come out to help get stuff. The lady hands me a 20 and thanks me profusely for the Job some. I was feeling really well until their daughter comes out. She starts yelling at her dad that it was my job to put the groceries wherever they wanted that he didn’t need to help. I didn’t say anything. Thank them again when I left and today I wake up to 1 star raitings from this order and there is no reason provided! WTF!
