Idk what it is lately, but I’ve had the worst customers the last few days… couple good ones too but the bad have been overwhelming. So I take a batch because I thought it would be quick… like 7 items less than 1km from the store so about 4minute drive. I was already in the parking lot while my wife was in a nearby store. So I thought it’s 5 bucks and kills time while I wait… WELL.

I get to the store and I’m gathering items, customer adds more items. I’m scanning exactly what’s in the app, then she’s asking for pictures of everything, then she says she wants more chicken but doesn’t know the kind of chicken she wants but wants them to have bones, so I’m giving her suggestions, like chicken thighs or whatever, she asks for a photo of the chicken section, I send her a picture, she asks me “what’s that with the yellow sticker” 8/10 of the chicken packs have YELLOW STICKERS, so I’m sending photo after photo and finally she makes up her mind. A 5 minute order turned into a 20 minute order and she wanted photos of absolutely everything. The building was super hard to find, didn’t have any markings and was a 4 story walk-up with no elevator. And she didn’t leave a tip. I had good tips from the few good customers I’ve had, but if you’re going to be so demanding and expect such exemplary service, you should give a tip, it almost guarantees that you’ll be better taken care of. I treat the bad and the good the same cause I like good reviews, but DAMN. Definitely never gonna accept a batch from that building again.
