Idk what it is lately, but Iāve had the worst customers the last few daysā¦ couple good ones too but the bad have been overwhelming. So I take a batch because I thought it would be quickā¦ like 7 items less than 1km from the store so about 4minute drive. I was already in the parking lot while my wife was in a nearby store. So I thought itās 5 bucks and kills time while I waitā¦ WELL.
I get to the store and Iām gathering items, customer adds more items. Iām scanning exactly whatās in the app, then sheās asking for pictures of everything, then she says she wants more chicken but doesnāt know the kind of chicken she wants but wants them to have bones, so Iām giving her suggestions, like chicken thighs or whatever, she asks for a photo of the chicken section, I send her a picture, she asks me āwhatās that with the yellow stickerā 8/10 of the chicken packs have YELLOW STICKERS, so Iām sending photo after photo and finally she makes up her mind. A 5 minute order turned into a 20 minute order and she wanted photos of absolutely everything. The building was super hard to find, didnāt have any markings and was a 4 story walk-up with no elevator. And she didnāt leave a tip. I had good tips from the few good customers Iāve had, but if youāre going to be so demanding and expect such exemplary service, you should give a tip, it almost guarantees that youāll be better taken care of. I treat the bad and the good the same cause I like good reviews, but DAMN. Definitely never gonna accept a batch from that building again.
