On waitlist for 18 months, support worsened it

I applied to the waitlist in October 2022 and just now decided to reach out to make sure this isn't an error. My area is quite busy and I've seen many new drivers be onboarded while applying much later than I had.

I reach out to support and without my consent they decide to reset the application setting me all the way back to 0 on my wait time.

What can I do? They're telling me it cannot be escalated and goodbye basically. I really need this gig I acquired a computer science degree but have not been able to find work.
