Batch disappeared while shopping

Any one else have a batch disappear while shopping. I only had 2 items left and it just went off my screen and cancellation rate went up. Wtf…messaged support and they said they won’t pay because it was only assigned and not started but I made a replacement which would show in the chat log as a message and I was talking to the customer while shopping….so annoying.
