What is wrong with replacements lol.

So, first of all, this is partially on me. The photo in the app isn't what the package actually looks like so I thought they were out, so I did a replacement. On that note, IT'S THE EXACT SAME ITEM! I FOUND THE ORIGINAL ITEM! WHY WOULD THE CUSTOMER NOT LIKE THIS?
