I’ve been seeing posts lately from customers talking about cash tipping.
I bet there’s more out there than we think cause some people just tip in cash. Wherever they go.
Since IC won’t let us see any customer info till after we take the order, any notes from the customer won’t help. We have to roll the dice on a no tip order and hope.
Maybe we need a uniform signal to spread as a code for “I’ll tip you in cash”.
Specifically what? IDK. A specific number maybe? Like a 7 cent tip or something. Something that can’t be put in by mistake. Like $1.11 maybe?
They’re out there. We just don’t know who they are
Thoughts?
