Remove a bad rating that isn’t fair, is worth it?

I had a 5 star rating and only had 2 bad rating removed, one was a customer who constantly gave shoppers bad ratings and the other idk. Today I noticed that my rating dropped to a 4.94 which isn’t bad and I’ve been seeing more batches honestly but I have a strong suspicion that the 3 star rating that made me lose my 5 star came from a customer that kept begging for me to leave the receipt. I followed their instructions to add an item but they kept begging and begging for the receipt and i refused. Is there a way to contact support about this or is not worth it? (Or even thoughts and opinions)
