A Week Under Review and Nothing

It has been a week since my app asked me to do selfie verification process which I did and it got under review and froze on it. I tried to contact instacart through chats but they say it is glitch, it will be fixed, but it never gets fixed. I didn’t receive any email saying my account was suspended and I am still receiving promotions popups but cannot work! Anyone similar? Any ideas?
