Well delivering a double order I just shopped. My car started over heating blown radiator hose. I message customer who were cool about it. But when I tried chat support. They kept saying if I could finish order. I said no my cars out of commission they then insisted I return Costco order immediately. Which included 5 16lb bags of ice and a bunch of ice cream and frozen goods. I then asked her? how was I supposed to do that while I was waiting for tow. In the middle of az heat. Like am I supposed to return bags of water. And melted ice cream. Costco is 8 miles away. She then said I had 12 hours to complete the return. I said how would I do that when Costco closes in 2 hours Or I would be deactivated. That was my only transportation. Sure it’s an easy fix for some hoses. I have done 700 delivery’s no problem. I was 50 miles from home. Just in a bad spot and Instacart support. Was not having it. The chat support said the would remove batch never did then. Just stopped replying. I had to call and go thru same thing only thing different. Is the second person said I had 24 hours to do return or be deactivated. Has anyone had experience like this with support. Is this the new norm?
