Was curious how everyone handles refunds. Specifically refunds due to poor communication between the customer. I waited 9 minutes before refunding two items since the item and the replacements she wanted weren’t available. Sent pictures and all, no response. Once I dropped off I was asked about the other items which I explained what happened, I got a 1 star review. How do y’all handle replacing/refunding items?
