Why does Instacart have to be so bad at support? No phone support unless on a batch, and the chat guy left me hanging for literally an hour with no reply.
All because they told me one thing, and paid me another…I just wish they actually cared about their shoppers.
Edit: The original rep called me the next day and saw I was not given what was promised even with their notes in place, so they processed it all. Happy result. As for the wait time, I ended up waiting for a while *then pushing the button for a person not being there which started an additional, mandatory, 10min timer.
