I was between orders and snagging some lunch from a store. Decided to go through the regular check out and chat with a friend. The guy in front of me has a 3-order batch. No big deal since I’m killing time. Except the guy didn’t sort his stuff as he shopped. He just threw it all together and then sorted it at the register. I’m talking one order, going through each item and placing it on the belt. The cashier couldn’t even start scanning because the shopper wouldn’t share the codes until the order was up. Then he stood there mumbling about how long it was taking since he refused to help bag and there wasn’t a free bagger at the time. Thankfully I wasn’t in a hurry. Surely I’m not the only one who separates orders as I go!!
