Industry Dynamics: Kollywood's Mentorship Tradition vs. Mollywood's Approach
Post Body

I've come across interviews where emerging actors and directors in the Kollywood industry have mentioned receiving calls of appreciation from senior actors like Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth, and Vijay. Subsequently, these senior actors collaborate with them on future projects. However, I haven't heard similar instances from actors in the Mollywood industry, such as Mohanlal or Mammootty. Is this due to my lack of awareness, or is there indeed a difference in approach between the two industries?
