Aita for hoping my brother gets sent to jail in the future?

My brother (15m) is so fucking toxic. He gets pissed off and angry at the slightest things, and when you try to help him, he starts screaming at you, threatening to beat you, call you names, etc.. He's been in therapy for almost half his life, and he's been through copious different medications. I (18ftm) am sick of his abusive behavior. He blames everyone but himself for his issues and failures and shortcomings, and takes everything out on people that don't deserve it.

So, aita for wishing and hoping karma bites him in the ass and that he'll get sent to jail in the future.
