Burnt taste from Z coils (0,3)

Just got a new package of 0,3 Z coils. I made sure they're authentic but they gave me a burnt taste after 15 puffs. I primed them correctly, before you ask, even left them for more than 30 minutes to make sure they're saturated, but that apparently didn't work. The only thing that seems to work is blowing some air through the tip and lowering the wattage from 35 (the recommended wattage) to 30 to 32,5 , but that only gives me like 2 or 3 clean, but very unsatisfying, puffs, so it's not an actual solution.
