So I've begun to have some issues with my wife and I's axiom tanks. We are both using the RBA head that is included and building 26g 2.5mm ID dual coils that read out to between .5-.65 ohm. My issues arise when we reassemble the tank. We have both broken the original glass in the tank and have had to use the replacement that came with it. Before we could screw everything back together and it would fire no problem. Now, when we are assembling, once we place the top section on and screw it down, just before everything is good and tight we start getting check atomizer errors from our mods. If we leave everything just slightly loose, they fire fine. In the course of checking everything, I experimented and left the glass off the tank. Top section screwed down tight and fires no problem.

So.....WTF!? Is the issue the replacement glass section? How in the name of the FSM would that cause the atomizer to short? Has anyone else had this issue?

Also, is there anywhere that sells extra glass sections for this tank? My google-fu has yet to turn up a replacement being sold anywhere.
