So I got excited (and also didn’t read where I’m supposed to start on day 6) and started testing on d23. HAVE tested every day since, but after finding out baseline is d6, I’m curious if I’m getting accurate results at all.
TL;DR does it set a new baseline every month and so just don’t worry about it? Should I reset my data and start fresh next cycle?
No clue - new diagnosis of mild PCOS and history of realllly long cycles just getting off of BC in September. From what it's showing me and already being on d36, my guess is no, unfortch. But hey, here's to next month!
Awesome, thanks! Unsure if this past month is useful data or not, just didn’t want to delete if I didn’t have to.
Yes - what I’m asking is does it set a NEW baseline every month, or do I need to RESET my data and start day 6 for a baseline.

Mine feels all over the place, so many E3G peaks and the rest just mostly a flatline, lol. Had bloodwork done last month that looked ok with high AMH, so hoping it’s just wonky data with no good baseline or an off month. Started ovasitol this month too, so fingers crossed!
