Tips for a first timer??

I just got my inito in the mail and my LH is starting to surge a little according to one of the cheap sticks I tested earlier today so I wanna start trying it out today. Not first time TTC but first time using Inito, I was borrowing a friend’s Mira last year. Any tips as I start out? tia!
