Windows 10 stuck in BSOD loop, CMD shows no data saved on main partition ?

So i have a customer who's laptop is stuck in a BSOD loop and i attempted an Auto repair however that did not work, she also has no prior restore point. This is were i get's interesting, I ran the Command Prompt in the repair menu and tried to find the directories (C:/>dir) and it say's "no files found" when I pulled the HDD I found that there was no data on I:/ (main partition) but everything was on the system recovery J:/ so how should i go about fixing this issue i have never run into this problem before
