Just got the game in a ps4 bundle, having troubles redeeming season pass code.

I did steps 1-5 on the paper, basically just saying to redeem the code and hit continue.
Then step 6 says to hit download, except there was no download button that I could find, so I hit continue again.
Now the code says it has been redeemed, but there is no download or notification saying so.
