Feeling kinda triggered right now, even though I'm not a fan of that word. Found out about my husband's affair about 3 months ago. We are currently separated and will be moving forward with the divorce.
Tonight my daughter has a school dance. Last time she had a dance was right before I found everything out. Stb ex and I had a night to ourselves and took full advantage of it. Then apparently he went to his girlfriend's house the next day. Of course I didn't know at the time but found out 4 days later. I can't even stand to look at him today. I really need a way to take my mind off of this but I feel stupidly focused on it right now. How the hell do I switch this off? Fuck them both, but mostly fuck him. Asshole.
