I guess everything is in the title. It's been almost a year now, yet I'm still stalking her socials. Why do I keep doing that ? It's not making me feel better at all and I know it, but I feel the urge to do it. How to make it stop ? Thanks (I'm still with this guy, I forgave him and our lives together is very good, even better than before, but I still do that).

So delete the fake one and let yourself stay blocked. You’re just going to end up torturing yourself, and you chose to stay with the bf. It’s not that hard to not stalk someone, you just have to decide not to.
