Complete placenta previa - chances of vaginal delivery?

Hi! I am 18 weeks and I have a complete placenta previa. When they visualize it by ultrasound it goes over a portion of my back (posterior), covers my entire cervix, and then goes up my stomach (anterior), slightly higher than it does on the back.
I haven’t had any bleeding in the second trimester but I’m wondering what the chances are that I’ll be able to have a vaginal birth?
Has anyone had something similar?
