Camping at 11 weeks with subchorionoc hematoma

I am 11.5 weeks pregnant today.
My husband and I are supposed to go backcountry camping this weekend but I started bleeding yesterday and my doctor diagnosed me with a 2 cm subchorionic hematoma.
My pack is about 30 pounds with all my gear.
My doctor said it’s up to me if I go camping or not.
I’m not sure what to do here. My diagnosis is RPL so I am already scared about losing this pregnancy, but I have also put off so many things through the IVF process and want to go on this trip.
What should I do?
