spotting after vaginal ultrasound

Hello! I am currently 5 weeks and 5 days. I went to my clinic yesterday for my first ultrasound and we saw one of the two embryos transferred. This morning, when I came back from the market I had some reddish-brown spotting. Iām on Lovenox and baby aspirin so trying not to panic. Anyone had this and been okay?
