- Basically this whole season could be called the ballad of basically Eric Tao and this whole episode really did feel like a swan song for him as a character. Hell we get a cowboy reference as well. His fighting against the tide resulted in a promotion which ironically was the worst thing which could happen for him. He is a go getter-problem solver whom needs fires he can put out and fix as well. And it basically took both his dignity and killer instinct and he died standing up. Even basically deciding to sleep with his mentors widow felt like he became a variation of the mentor in a way.
- Using The Order of Death as basically Erics whole theme felt both weirdly perfect and ironic.
- Harper and DVD banging and ass munching and cuddling was expected but damn Harper was a little cold afterwards, really proved she doesn't really value anybodys opinion more than perhaps hers. I am not saying developing that mindset within that whole industry is bad, but that could hinder her relationship with DVD moving forward, also notable for how much more relaxed she really is basically without the added stress of once mentor Eric hanging around.
- Gus using his skills to help be a shoulder to lean on was unexpectedly compelling, yet still felt a little ultimately irrelevant with everything going on within this whole show. I liked his scenes, but not big with him sleeping with Blooms kid at all, thats dangerous as hell.
- Rob reacted how I figured he would upon hearing Nicole was handsy with Harper. Nice job leaving Harper in an awkward moment with Yasmine, but then that somewhat repaired their dynamic a little. I was a tad worried DVD would rip him a new asshole for not answering the phone at the conclusion.
-Yasmine once again illustrating shes not very socially savvy and despite good advice is going down a possible road which may not have wholesome results at all. I wonder how Germany will end up with her and Harper both as well.
