We join in our ally the Caliphates war against Oman. We now the 1250 infantry to Zanzibar capital using our 5 transports. We moe our fleet in the Mocambique channel to surround the island as well as to join in the attack on Mogadishu.[5 Ship-of-the-Line, 10 Frigates, 20 Sloops to Zanzibar; 3 Ship-of-the-Line to Mogadishu.] 8000 infantry and 1000 cavalry will march from northern Mocambique where they're stationed and march through the Zanzibarian colonies announcing to the populace that they are free from Omani agression and will have their own Zanzibarian Republic with our guidance, assistance, and strength. Te Caliphate is freein them from their bonds. The 1250 troops in Zanzibar will land after a 3 day bombardment of the island and will march to the Sultans palace and demand his surrender to the Caliph and to Portugal. The civilians are not to be harmed and all troops who lay down their arms will be allowed to return. All who contine to fight will be killed unless they surrender. The Sultan will be handed over to the Caliph.
