What gaming laptop should I buy for indie game development?
Post Body

I am researching the specs I need for a powerful enough gaming laptop. Must have

A high performance graphics card Reasonably large storage capacity

I will need something capable of running a lot of programs simultaneously.

What has been recommended to me so far

  • Somewhere in the i6 to i8 range for CPU, ideally i7
  • 32GB of ram is great but 16GB will do and is more affordable
  • You probably will not need 1TB of storage, it's great if you can get it, but the more important thing is having a SSD (solid state drive) which will give you the speed and reactivity you need for a position in quality assurance testing.

The brands that seemed very suited were Razer, Asus, and Acer

I am looking for less up-to-date, more affordable models.
