What is the best way, other than Reddit, to find other couples? What app has the most real couples in the lifestyle?

SwingzoneCentral is a fairly decent website for meeting other couples. Facebook groups are fairly popular right now. There's apps like feeld but we haven't had much luck with "dating" apps.
There’s clubs in Indy, Louisville and New Albany. We tried in here and can tell you the clubs cut through a ton of bullshit. PM if you want and we will send you details on them.
