If striking down Roe v. Wade was because of āletting the states decide,ā why hasnāt the issue been put to a vote to let the people decide like in Kansas? Why is Indiana automatically going to an almost complete abortion ban rather than letting the voters decide whether or not thatās what they want? Seems like we are skipping a step here.
