My driver’s license is indefinitely suspended due to DISHONORED PAYMENT - for anyone who has dealt with the same issue, what is the process like for being reinstated?

A payment didn’t go through with my bank account a while back while I was trying to renew my plates. Got a letter in the mail saying my license was suspended. I checked my mybmv account and all it said was that I owed a $10 reinstatement fee but I don’t see anywhere that I can pay that online. Would I just be able to pay that at a kiosk/over the phone and be on my way, or would I need to get the court involved?
