So, after various online consultations on Practo (to be discreet), the Psychiatric diagnosed me with ADHD. To make sure, I will seek a second opinion from Psychiatric in Delhi. I am not sure how I should feel; treatment will make my life easier, but there are significant side effects to it. Also, considering the taboo around mental illness in India, I am afraid of how people will react to it.
