Poly cab entry?

Today poly cab is down 20%. Is it good time to take an entry in the stock, considering the market these days is all time high and I don’t think any other stock is experiencing this much of a Dip.
Analysis
company got the potential to generate more revenue and more profit it just it was not mentioned in their books and after this I assume they will figure out how to show this in their books.
Mid cap company it is 30% growth we can assume at least considering in last year it grow around 45%
