Transfer share from zerodha to Grow?

Does anyone have any idea how to transfer share. I have done something on easies option but still my shares are still in zerodha.
My zerodha balance is -675 as it keeps on deducting money for quarterly basis and there’s no balance in my groww account.
I have to more 100 shares of suzlon.
