Skin type - combination with T zone slightly oily

I’ve been using this vitamin c serum prescribed by a dermatologist but I don’t remember the name since I shifted bottles. I really like it and it worked fine with my skin. Apart from the serum I use sunscreen and moisturizer and cleanser of course.

I'm looking for any serums that will make my skin softer and clear, I get occasional breakouts (mostly during periods) but that's the only skin issue I have with my face. Searched the sub but didn't find anything that fit my criteria!
