I started breaking out after I got a facial/cleanup
Post Body

Hi, guys so I have very acne-prone skin and oily too. I have been breaking out since I was 15 I cannot remember the last when I had clear skin. I went to dermatologists and used products which they prescribed me but nothing works, unfortunately. Although, during the lockdown, I took care of my skin and used many home remedies and my skin did get clear. In 2 yrs I had the clearest skin I ever had although I did have blackheads and my skin was not completely smooth and I would only break out during PMS.

But recently I got a cleanup/ facial from UrbanClap and they told me they would use anti-acne products for my skin. My skin got clear I started glowing all my blackheads were gone. But after 7-10 days I started breaking out so much. My both cheeks and chin area are filled with cystic pimples and even smaller ones I don't know what they are called and I never got that kind of pimples. My whole skin feels so irritated after that all the time, I don't know how it happened cuz I did not do anything unusual to trigger so many pimples on my skin except getting a cleanup. I am assuming it happened because of the cleanup I got and I'm so scared IDK what am i supposed to do. No medications prescribed by dermatologists work for me but I am still thinking of seeing one. It's been more than one month now and nothing has changed. All I am using is Indian healing clay with apple cider vinegar cuz once I saw Lili Reinhart's story where she mentioned that worked for her cystic acne. Please help me and recommend me a good skin care routine cuz Idk what to do.
