Hi guys so i really like makeup. But unfortunately no matter how much i try i never get the desired look. I am just not good at it. I cannot even put eyeliner properly. I really want to learn how put winged eyeliner. Even my 13yo cuz can apply a winged eyeliner but my grown ass cannot. Can u pls pls pls reccomend a good eyeliner to put a winged eyeliner. Also what kind of should i buy like gel liquid or pen? I really want to apply winged eyeliner so pls reccomend me a good one to put winged eyeliner as well
