window 11 upgrade broke my display or what

Guys I upgraded to window 11 and these lines start appearing on left edge....

I downgraded to window 10 but issue persist however now these lines appear time to time not always

its in warranty but ofcourse I'd not like display replacement, how a window 11 caused this issue??? I found this thread there are 2 guys with Exact issue link below
