Is it viable to buy a 4k TV to use with Ps5 and PC?

I either need to get ps5 4k tv. or i need to build a pc. So i felt like going for ps5 and a 4k tv first, then for a gaming pc
I don't have a 4k TV do i need to buy a 4k tv with 120hz refresh rate or with 60hz refresh rate?
Is a tv with 2.1 HDMI slot absolutely necessary for ps 5?
