Advice for a mini ITX build

So I'm helping a friend of mine make a mini ITX build,and I've run into a few problems.
I can't find a single mini ITX case on Amazon or MD computers,nor can I find a mini ITX motherboard. Can anyone provide links to some?
Also, what's the best GPU/CPU to put in a mini ITX? He's splurging some pretty decent money so I was gonna go with a 2070 and a i7 9700K but I'm worried the thermals are gonna be not very feasible.
