Let's celebrate the magnanimity of Indian food in the country of UK. I think there won't be a single county in this country which won't have an Indian food outlet specially well known for their takeaways which is highly popular with the Britishers. And ofcourse the Indian diaspora indulges in it quite avidly. It is a well known fact that the authenticity or Indianness of the taste has been a question due to adulteration and other business motives but the menu and the curries remain the same. The idea of Indian food has been embedded in the hearts of the UK people for generations and it's a forever relationship.
Let's discuss and celebrate the various entrepreneurs who have gone far to open restaurants, food outlets, kitchens to serve desi food platters countrywide.
