My mom looves anything coffee so I decided to try my hand at this today. Searched simple recipes online and whipped this one up (literally). I did not have ladyfingers (the biscuits, not the vegetable, lol I'm not Rachel). So I substituted good old Marie biscuits for it. I also used cream cheese instead of mascarpone cheese. So bite me.
I know it's not an authentic Tiramisu but it came out fricking delicious (I couldn't take a pic until one box was half finished). Haha.
