I've lately started counting my macros & calories and just some days i feel like giving up on the diet food. But this evening snack had me complete my protien requirements & cravings too.
Here's the recipe -
Soya granules - 30 gms Onion - 1 (fine chopped) Carrot - 1 smol (grated) Green chili - 1 (fine chopped) Coriander- fine chopped
Masala as per taste -Cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala , dhaniya powder , salt
Besan flour - for binding
Sabko mila dene ka bas ...cutlets bana lene ka & cook it on a non stick pan.
Easy peasy , protien squeezy 🥹🤌
