So I loved going to local Indian buffets and trying everything! I make a mean “inspired” chicken tiki masala , butter chicken, and white-people curries lol.
But I have discovered I am non-celiac gluten intolerant. So I can’t trust buffets. Also I’m blessed enough to live in an area with a lot of first gen immigrants which means excellent food but sometimes a language issue (this is for all sorts of cuisines)
Can anyone help me figure out some dishes that are usually always GF?
