Hi all.....
As the title says, I want some suggestions on quick Indian curries, quick means it takes max 30 minutes including preparation and cooking. There are few south indian dishes I make, like rasam, there is chilly tamarind curry and few other. I know, in south indian cooking, for dinner, we can make dosa and simple chutney which won't take much time but I need some suggestions for lunch to eat with rice (mostly) and/or rotis. Even if it is YouTube videos, if you have tried out any, please suggest.
